Since receiving an engineering degree from Brown University in 2003, Colin Harris has become registered as a professional engineer and a LEED accredited professional.  He remains constantly interested in the overlap between engineering and architecture, especially in regard to the collaborative design process that begins with pre-schematic planning and ends with final construction.  Other interests include people-centered urban mobility, a concept that has been shaped by his work at Community Design Group in Minneapolis.  Colin can be seen around town riding his bicycles and playing traditional Appalachian old-time string band tunes on fiddle, banjo, and guitar.
